March RIN Generation

RIN generation is down 1% YoY in March to 1.9 billion RINs and down 6% vs February. Although D4 RIN generation is up YoY, RIN generation across all RINs were down vs February.

This is the only 3rd time in the past decade where RIN generation slowed in March on a YoY basis with the other times coming during 2018 and 2020.
